Kath holds a BSc (Hons) and a MSc in Food Science and Technology. She is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology and a certified RABQSA food safety auditor.
Kath has held senior technical roles with Australian and international organisations such as St John of God. She has managed food safety and quality assurance systems in both small and multi-site businesses.She has significant professional experience in human ecology and food hygiene. With well developed communication skills, Kathryn relates easily to staff from executive to operational levels and looks forward to working with you.
