Lead Quality Management Systems Auditor
This five day advanced course has been presented throughout Australia and overseas. This comprehensive program makes extensive use of case studies, team analysis and group discussions as well as a robust teaching program.

This course is designed for food safety practitioners, environmental health officers and those who undertake assessments and verification activities of an organisation.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful Completion of this course participants should be able to:
· Apply audit principles and practices to ISO 9001:2008;
· Demonstrate the processes involved with managing audit programs, initiating an audit, preparing for an audit, conducting on-site audit activities, reporting on audit findings and conducting post-audit activities;
· Outline the personal and interpersonal skills required to conduct a management systems audit; and
· Demonstrate the appropriate written, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques that are desirable for lead management systems auditors.
Achievement
On successful completion of this course and post course assessment, participants will receive a Certificate of Attainment for the following internationally recognised competency units:

This course is certified under the RABQSA International Training Provider Examination Certification Scheme for quality management system auditors and will enable successful participants to apply to RABQSA International for certification as a provisional auditor.
