Edward

Edward has held several senior food manufacturing positions managing up to 400 staff. His responsibilities included the design and implementation of food safety / quality systems and plant management.  Edward brings a broad base of experience working with two person partnerships to multi-site companies and government departments.

Edward is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, certified RABQSA food safety auditor and registered SQF Auditor.

He has provided risk management, HACCP, SQF, BRC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and lead auditor training at public and in-house courses to food processors, producers, certification bodies and auditors in Australia and overseas

 

Graham

Graham has held senior technical roles with Australian and international organisations such as P & O. He has managed food safety and quality assurance systems in both small and multi-site organisations.  Degree qualified, he has significant professional experience in food hygiene and relates easily to staff from executive to operational levels, with well developed communication skills. He enjoys working with others in practical and hands-on approach.

Gillian

Gillian holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Queensland and holds qualifications including:

+     Diploma in Training & Assessment Systems

+     IQA-IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO/IEC 17025

 

Gillian has lectured in microbiology at the University of Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology. Gillian’s technical and applied knowledge of food and environmental science is outstanding.

When she was the Associate Director of TAFE Queensland Curriculum, Gillian was responsible for Applied Science, Environment and Food Processing. Gillian managed the development of Certificates in Food Processing with streams in Sugar Milling, Abattoir Processing and Meat Processing.  She worked closely with the Queensland food processing industry and the Food Industry National and State Training Advisory Bodies (ITABs) and other food industry organisations. 

Gillian connects and relates to all levels of employees and can communicate complicated concepts in simple terms.  She works collaboratively, listens and has well developed mentoring skills.   Gillian has assisted many iconic Australian brands. At Food Safety Plus, Gillian can develop user friendly tools that will enable you to satisfy Australian and international food safety standards.

Sue

Sue holds a B.V.Sc, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, a Further Education Teaching Certificate - City and Guilds, London and is a registered Food Safety Auditor.

Sue has specialised in veterinary practice and pathology. She has extensive experience in the poultry industry in Australia and has consulted to major companies internationally. Sue has been involved in the management of commercial poultry hatcheries, farms and abattoirs.

Sue is a successful and respected veterinary pathologist and hygienist. She has lectured at universities internationally. Sue has the proven skills to develop HACCP based food safety and sanitation programs for the Australian food production and processing industries. She can relate to all levels of employees and has well developed training, mentoring and auditing skills.
